Hurricane Resistant Housing

Build a Fortified and Disaster Proof Home with GCT Structural Components

The Portland Cement Association (PCA) promotes the use of cement-based materials to build disaster resistant homes against hurricanes and tornadoes (also referred to as fortified homes.)  Concrete-based houses are resistant to high winds, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes , and fire. Houses engineered and built with GCT Structural Component technology have the ability to withstand nature’s damaging forces, including wind of over 250 mph.  An additional advantage that the GCT Building Material offers is energy efficiency and resilient construction material, suitable for any kind of residential, commercial, or industrial application.

Stucco and Mortar's

Structural Insulated Building Components

M-tec(R) Motar Pumps

GCT Stucco and Mortar Mix's are a blend of cement, specially graded masonry sand and specialized additives that are combined in carefully
controlled porportions to enhanced their characteristics and either meet or exceed ASTM Standards.

GCT Structural Insulated Building Components are prefabricated lightweight sections consisting of an expanded polystyrene (EPS) core placed between two layers of galvanized steel welded wire mesh. A steel wire connector is pierced completely through the EPS core and welded to each of the outer layer sheets of galvanized steel welded wire mesh.
Excellent mixing and tremendous adaptability for a wide variety of materials are the key properties offered by the M-tec mixers. The reasons for this: The unique m-tec mixing system together with the patented mixing principle - together making a combination that no other mixing pump on the market can offer!
